Our shelter partners may offer adopters the option to sign up for MetLife Pet Insurance. This can help pet parents handle unexpected vet bills — a risk of adopting pets with unknown histories.

Adoption Education

We empower adopters through pet-ownership education initiatives. This is a proactive step toward preventing pet surrenders due to unpreparedness.

Community Investments

We work with shelters to host community adoption events, fundraisers, walks, and even adoption parties for once-overlooked friends.

KHS is Kentucky’s largest pet adoption agency. Through leadership, education and proactive solutions, the Kentucky Humane Society is creating more compassionate communities.

Lexington Humane Society

LHS advocates the compassionate treatment of animals; educates the community on responsible, lifelong pet ownership; and promotes adoption as the best option when searching for a new pet.

Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando

Pet Alliance’s goal is to provide compassionate and knowledgeable services for pets to be leaders in innovative animal care and sheltering.
